Jesus, in his early part of ministry, proclaimed in Luke 4:18-19,

  "The Spirit of the Lord is on me,

      because he has anointed me

      to preach good news to the poor.

   He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners

      and recovery of sight for the blind,

   to release the oppressed,

    to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."

Jubilee Ministry simply seeks to partner with our Lord Jesus Christ in His mission to bless the people.

This ministry is based on our vision to plant churches throughout Malaysia as lighthouses, with the emphasis on reaching out to the Unreached People Groups ("UPGs"). It is based on Isaiah 54:2 . We believe the Lord has called us to stretch our faith and believe Him beyond our limited human mindset, for a transformation of our nation. Thus, we are purposefully marching forward, believing these days to be His strategic time for our land.

We mobilize ordinary lay people to be engaged in missions to the UPGs by forming church planting teams (“CPT”) which work together with our full time ministers (“Frontliners”). Each CPT will own, develop and minister in an assigned community. Our Frontliners are based in or near the assigned community, thus giving us an operational base in each area of ministry.

Our key objectives are Church Planting, Discipleship and Community Development (CDC). We seek to provide self-worth to the community by developing them holistically (spiritually, physically and socially).

We will engage the community in various areas like Business, Education, Arts & Entertainment, Family, Government etc. We believe in Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). ABCD is  a community development program that utilizes the existing resources in the community for development. Our aim is to provide development and not short term relief to the needy.
